We are here to provide you and your family with the best youth lacrosse experience possible! We are proud to bring you a group of highly motivated coaches and administrators. Read the bios below to learn more about your coach.

	Sean Cottengim K-2 Coach   About:  Sean is a Turkey Foot and Dixie alum ('01) and former Mr. Dixie who played four years of high school football for the Colonels. Sean has coached for the Dixie Youth Starters and Flag football teams as well as the K-2 lacrosse team   Outside of DY you can find him with his wife Lauren (who is a Dixie grad and kindergarten teacher at Hinsdale) and two sons; or working on various projects in the area as an architect at GBBN Architects.
	Ryan Martin 3/4 Coach                                                          About:  Ryan Martin is a life-long NKY resident who currently lives in Erlanger with his wife (and Team Mom) Erin and four children (Liam, Oliver, Myles, and Emersyn).  Two of Ryan's sons have fallen in love with lacrosse, and he is excited to be a part of DYC's inaugural lacrosse season.  To Ryan, coaching these great kids--who have an eagerness to learn the sport and tremendous work ethic--is a blessing and great challenge.  His goal is to not only teach his players the basics, but to also instill in them a love of the sport.
	Nick Eads 3/4 Coach   About:  Nick is a lifelong Erlanger resident who’s married to his high school sweetheart, Alicia. Together they have 3 children - twins in 8th grade at Turkey Foot Middle School and a 3rd grader at R. C. Hinsdale. In addition to coaching Dixie Youth lacrosse, he's the PTO President at Turkey Foot. When not volunteering in our community, you’ll find him at The Kroger Co. where he's worked in Marketing for more than 11 years.
