Overall, his coaching mission is to thoroughly prepare DY boys to safely play middle school football as integrity rich young men. His approach is to inspire all players to achieve beyond their personal limitations by teaching them proper techniques and specific tools to be successful for years to come. Creating a lasting culture of winning and brotherhood at DY is critically important to Dan. He is passionate about the future of DY Colonels and capturing similar success and tradition that Dixie Youth Raiders organization earned years ago.
