Lacrosse registration is now OPEN through January!!!!
At Dixie Youth, we have 2 ways of registering for our programs. You can register online or in-person.
In-Person Registration:
We will hold in-person registrations prior to the start of the season. At these events, you will be able to pay via cash, check, or credit card (Mastercard/Visa). We do ask that you create an account online in advance as we will walk through the online registration with you at these events, and this will save time. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page and the home page for these dates.
Online Registration:
Online registration is the best way to register for an upcoming season as you can do so at any time during the open registration period. To register online, click on the "Register" button at the top of the page. You will be prompted to login to your account. If you do not have an account, you will then need to create one. When setting up an account, you will be setting up the account with your information. Once you create the account, you will then be able to add your child as a participant. Once you add your child, you will see the available programs to register for. Please note, all online registrations can be paid for by Mastercard or Visa.

- When registering online, why am I not seeing any programs to register for?
There are a couple reasons this may occur. The first is that the registration window may not be open. If that window has not opened yet or has closed, nothing will appear. The second, which is one of the more common issues, is that you may have entered your child's date of birth incorrectly. All programs/division are driven by the participant's date of birth. Double check the date of birth to make sure it is correct.
- Why is my credit card payment failing?
There are multiple reasons this may occur. Please check the following:
* CC#
* Expiration Date
* CVV
* Address/Zip Code (this is the most common reason for credit cards failing)
* Only MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
- Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do have payment plans setup during the registration process. If these do not work for you, we can work work with you to setup a plan. Either way, there will be a required deposit up-front. Please reach out to us if you need to setup a different payment plan.
- Can I pay via Venmo, Paypal, or ApplePay?
At this time, we can only accept cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa
- Why is there a $3 service fee with each payment?
SportsConnect charges a $3 service charge for every payment applied, whether it is credit card, cash, or check.
- What happens if my child decides they no longer want to participate? Can I get a refund?
Refunds are done on a case-by-case basis and all refunds are subject to a fee (minimum of $3) to cover lost expenses as a result of the timing of the cancellation.
